Synopsis: - Superman pays a visit to Batman and tries to explain the effects that Batman's betrayal and expulsion have had on the League. Yesterday, the League members tackled Doctor Destiny in three different locations - in each place, he was causing various hallucinations and other forms of madness. The tensions between the heroes, largely concerning the rights and wrongs of Batman's actions and dismissal lead to disorganization and to them being highly ineffectual. They eventually discovered that the Destiny they were fighting was actually his dream self - his 'real' self being trapped in the realm of dreams and needing their help. It is only when Aquaman is injured that the JLA acts as a team once more. Batman agrees with Superman that he needs to win back the Justice League's trust.
- Soon afterwards, the other members of the League respond to an emergency signal from Superman and are teleported into the Batcave, where they are confronted by Bruce Wayne and Clark Kent. The others are impressed with this display of trust and those that have them reveal their own alter egos. Aquaman (with the approval of the others) welcomes Bruce back into the League, but as he does so, the Batmobile roars in and Batman steps out...
