HISTORY

Joe Public was a gym teacher interrupted in his quest to shut down a drugs ring by Gemir, one of the Bloodlines Aliens. He survived Gemir's attack, and like other New Bloods gained super powers.

Joe Public has seen to be both compassionate and intelligent, if a bit rash at times. He has encountered Azrael and Martian Manhunter in his career as a hero, but his recent exploits are as yet unchronicled.
