OVERVIEW

Kali Gari, the dream assassin, used her powers to affect the subconscious mind, inducing visions and hallucinations, in service of Nazi Germany. Quite why an Indian woman would work for the Nazis is unknown, but she once or twice came close to killing various members of the Justice Society of America.
