HISTORY

In the 30th Century, Korbal is a barren, rocky world in the vicinity of the planet Winath. The heavily ionized atmosphere wracks the surface with electrical storms and that energy is the food-stuff of the indigenous Lightning Beasts. It was on Korbal that three youthful siblings of the Ranzz family were forced to set down their starcraft and attempt to use the Lightning Beasts to recharge the batteries of their transport. The beasts struck the siblings but rather than injury, the trio gained electrical powers, becoming the heroic Lightning Lad, Lightning Lass and the villainous Lightning Lord.
