Kurt Heimlich (a.k.a. Rolf Heimlich) was the temporary UN liaison of the Justice League International, during the time when his predecessor, Maxwell Lord, lay in a coma. Later, it was revealed that Heimlich was the pawn of the second Queen Bee.
