HISTORY
In the universe containing Earth-Prime, the Legion of Super-Heroes was more than a group, it was a philosophy. While only a few were in the Legion's "core," within six months there were 75,000 members and the Legion was endorsed by the United Planets. "Underagers" who believed in the Legion's ideals could be Legionnaires, but the core membership numbered around twenty.
