OVERVIEW

The premier Earth-based superhero team of the 31st century.

HISTORY

The Legion of Super-Heroes began with three teenagers from different worlds. Rokk Krinn, Garth Ranzz and Imra Ardeen were strangers on a commercial spaceflight to Earth when they used their super-powers to save the life of wealthy philanthropist R.J. Brande. Brande subsequently helped to establish a "teen superhero club" which would protect Earth and its fellow worlds in the United Planets from threats great and small. The initial three members were eventually joined by a true legion of teen superheroes and their exploits became legendary across the galaxy.

Recently, several members became stranded in the 21st century. The remainder of the team, in the 31st century, believe them to be dead. These members are Chameleon Girl, Dawnstar, Gates, Tellus, Timber Wolf, Tyroc and Wildfire

Note: Legion history appears to be largely the same as before the "Flashpoint" event. However, because the personal histories of past members Superman and Supergirl have been drastically altered, there may actually be significant alterations in the Legion timeline.
