HISTORY

Originally a member of Freedom's Ring, the second Major Victory was later moved into the S.H.A.D.E. organization, under command of Major Force. Though on the same team, Major Victory was killed by Major Force when the latter went bezerk during a fight.

It appears the third Major Victory had not worked with the original Major Victory, as he had a considerably low opinion of his predecessor.
