HISTORY

The Chief of Intelligence of the People's Republic, Colonel Miklos Vakla, created the program known as "the Demolishment," a cruel series of tortures which was said to be capable of brainwashing any man. Though he attempted the Demolishment on the Batman, it was ultimately unsuccessful as the Caped Crusader and Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) had been part of a plot to learn the program's secrets.
