Synopsis:
Jack prepares for the final showdown with the Bocor by trying to sabotage the top secret "Next Generation" project – the key to the future of magical crime. These soldiers of the Bocor’s are in fact genetically, magically, alchemically enhanced babies with supernatural mind powers. Jack invades their secret lab, but is himself defeated by the Next Generation babies. The Bocor arrives and tortures Jack by plaguing him with distorted memories of past and current pains. However, the torture is interrupted when the remains of the Kellor Mob arrive to take back the control from the Bocor and his minions. A war erupts, with Kellor and his mobsters battling the Bocor, his Ju-Ju Zombies, and the Next Generation babies. Losses are great on both sides, but the Bocor seems to own the situation. However, exhausted by fighting at several fronts at one time, the Bocor is finally killed by a normal, non-magic bullet fired by Jack.
The surviving Kellor mobsters don't have the time to celebrate, because then the police arrives. Jack had tipped them off and now willingly disbands the organization and goes to jail. In prison, however, he is visited by Ella, who apparently manages to persuade Jack to join her in filling the power vacancy left by the Bocor.
