HISTORY

A Soviet KGB agent and one of "the Chosen" – ten people on Earth who were approached by a Guardian and a Zamaron to ensure the next step in human evolution. Latikov declined the offer, believing it to be a test orchestrated by his superiors. However, it was not a test and Latikov was eventually killed by the KGB, who believed he had got involved with the aliens.
