HISTORY

Njara Kattuah was a terrorist with the power to summon a blazing scimitar, and the leader of the third incarnation of the meta-human terrorist group called the Jihad. This team had a short career before being defeated by the Outsiders (II) in Markovia.

Kattuah was seemingly identical with the second Rustam, who recently returned to destroy the Suicide Squad (III) with the new Jihad team called Onslaught. This failed and Kattuah (if this Rustam really was him) was killed by Deadshot.
