HISTORY

An intelligent gorilla and the son of Solovar, former King of Gorilla City. When the evil Gorilla Grodd had murdered Solovar and ravaged the City, Nnamdi became the new King (after a brief interim government led by Ulgo).

Having "the power of the mind" just like his father, Nnamdi has rebuilt his City with a mix of modern technology and African nature. Wise from his father's mistake to make contact with man's world, Nnamdi has decreed total isolation from humankind. Recently, however, he worked with the Flash (III) to usurp a rebellion at the hands of Grodd. Seeing the violent ways of Flash and Grodd only confirmed Nnamdi's beliefs, and he decided to erase all knowledge of the new Gorilla City's whereabouts from the mind of the Flash's mind. Currently, Nnamdi tries to keep his city running in peace, while holding Grodd at bay.
