OVERVIEW

Located between the Khunds and the Dominion, the planet Ogen was too poor and lacking in resources to be of much interest to either side, but frequently the opposing forces would kill the natives, claiming they were spying for the other side. The development of the Khund's supposed Varkan Doomsday Device enabled Vril Dox II to engineer a stalemate between Khund and Dominion which would also preclude either side from attacking L.E.G.I.O.N. client worlds.
