HISTORY

A strange serial killer who murdered several of the "crooked elements" of Gotham City – be it burglars or call girls – and left little origami dolls as a "calling card" at the place of the crime. When Batman and the Creeper got on the his trail, they discovered that "he" was a monstrous origami figure, made of paper himself. The creature was superhumanly strong and no match for the combined might of Batman and the Creeper. Furthermore, it had complete control over all paper nearby. Eventually, the heroes discovered that the killer was created by the subconscious mind of the right-extremist politician Clayton Wetley. Realizing the truth, Wetley came to his senses and the Origami Man burst into flames and vanished.
