HISTORY

Oumland was a small republic who started a war with the Atlantean nation of Poseidonis a few years ago. Although the UN protested the war, Oumland bombed Atlantis, destroying the Poseidonis dome. Aquaman had several run-ins with Oumland troops, before the war was ended and the dome restored.
