HISTORY

Father of Mandra Darrow, who was killed by the protoplasmic villain Splatter. Blaming Mandra's friend, the teen hero Damage, for her death, Philip Darrow hired the mercenary Bounty in a failed attempt to capture him. Damage was continuously opposed by Philip Darrow, but befriended his other daughter, Megan.
