HISTORY

A Red Lantern, Phist's rage made him unaware that he had been made a tool for the enemies of his Corps. A creature implanted inside him had been spying on the Red Lanterns until it was discovered by Atrocitus. The founder of the Red Lanterns took Phist's red power ring, an act fatal to those of the Corps. Atrocitus then plunged his hand into Phist's chest, tearing out the listening device and crushing it in his hand. Phist's blood would become part of Ysmault's Blood Lake.
