HISTORY

Pratt was a corrupt officer of the Gotham City Police Department and Chief Branden's SWAT team, during the time when Batman first appeared on the scene. The squad was constantly in conflict with Batman during those early days. Pratt and several of his colleagues were eventually killed by the Hangman.
