HISTORY

By his own account, Rami was exiled from the Guardians of the Universe for creating the Phantom Ring, a power ring that can be wielded by anyone.

The ring brought him unwanted attention as twelve alien empires, including the Dominators hunted him. He was forced to flee to Space Sector 2814, seeking Green Lantern Hal Jordan but Lanterns Simon Baz and Jessica Cruz were the current protectors of Earth. At this time Rami prepares for an imminent attack by the Dominators.

POWERS AND WEAPONS

Aside from the mysteries of the Phantom Ring, it is not yet known the extent of Rami's powers. He has demonstrated the ability to fly and survive in the depths of space. Additionally, through meditation he can display a cosmic-level awareness.
