HISTORY

The leader of the 'Cult of the Machine' which sprang up in North America shortly prior to the second coming of the Overmaster, Brother Randolph Skreggs was an impassioned man who truly believed that the Machine was coming. He was somewhat surprised when the machine headquarters he built was able to give Dreamslayer a physical body in this dimension, and saw his achievements crumble around him as Dreamslayer fought the Justice League. Skreggs was killed in the confrontation, but the other cultists believe he will return to life, heralding the coming of the Machine.
