HISTORY

A tyrannical dictator of America in the year 2174, who was defeated by Gary Concord, Ultra-Man. Concord later became national leader and married Rebborizan's daughter Leandra. Eventually Rebborizan returned and killed Leandra. In a rage, Concord killed Rebborizan in return.
