HISTORY

An actor based in Los Angeles who spent more time out of work than in. Recently, he was employed by Tim Drake to pose as his long-lost uncle and become his legal guardian. This fiction was designed to give Tim his independence. Richard took to the role with enthusiasm – perhaps a little too much enthusiasm at times – but was eventually rumbled by Bruce Wayne (a.k.a. Batman). Rattled by this, he planned to escape back to Los Angeles, but was persuaded to stay in Blüdhaven and continue the charade.
