HISTORY

The first capital of Daxam, Rikkon Dor was torn from its homeworld by Brainiac. Kept miniaturized in a containment bottle, Rikkon Dor was one of many cities from various worlds that were part of Brainiac's collection. At some point and by reasons unknown, Brainiac's ship crash landed on a water world. Brainiac's 12th level intelligence left his humanoid body behind while his ship and the captive cities waited beneath the waves.

Rikkon Dor had an unusual artifact, a rare piece of Jewel Kryptonite. It is not known if this piece was taken from the Jewel Mountains of Krypton before the planet's destruction or was found in deep space. It was souht after by Agamemno and his allies in the Injustice League.
