OVERVIEW

A very serious gambler, Roulette owns The House, an underground casino for super-villains, where one of the major attractions is the chance to see super-heroes fight one another to the death. Her grandfather is believed to be Terry Sloane (Mister Terrific I), and in some twisted fashion she sees this as a tribute to him. She has a particular hatred of the new Mister Terrific, who she feels dishonors Sloane's memory.
