HISTORY

The richest woman in Gotham City (and possibly the world) Ruby Ryder is a beautiful but rotten businesswoman and something of a "femme fatale" archetype. In her criminal activities, she has encountered the Batman, the Green Arrow (I), the Metal Men, Metamorpho, and Plastic Man, the latter of which once fell in love with her.

In the pre-"No Man's Land" days of Gotham, her skyscraper, topped with a giant red par of "R"'s, was the tallest building of the city. Her closest confidant is a lawyer named Hinton. Ryder Technologies is part of the Ryder business empire.
