HISTORY

The father of Wally West, a.k.a. the Flash (III). Living in Blue Valley with his wife Mary, Rudolph seemed like the perfect family father until it was revealed that he was an agent of the evil Manhunters. He revealed his true self during the Millennium incident, after which he left his family. During the Invasion!, he was believed dead, but was later shown as having survived. His current whereabouts are unknown.
