HISTORY

The irresponsible biological father of Courtney Whitmore (a.k.a. Star-Spangled Kid II). Sam sees himself as something of an adventurer, and has been absent from his family for years. Courtney was utterly disappointed in finally meeting him, since he lied to her and seemingly had no interest in getting to know her.
