HISTORY

The extremely powerful creature known as Scarabus appeared seemingly out of nowhere, claiming to be the father of Power Girl's son and claiming him as his. The JLA was powerless against Scarabus until Power Girl's "grandfather" Arion was able to imprison him. Inadvertently freed by Obsidian, Scarabus later transformed Kathy Viverrida into the feline Civet. Finally, Equinox destroyed his alleged father, and disappeared shortly after.
