HISTORY
The place the Primordial Darkness retreated to when the Creator said "Let there be light". The Shadowlands is a realm of total darkness and absence of all light. It's cold and hostile and powerful, its darkness almost elemental, able to get compact or even gain conscience. Several beings can access its power, but can as easily be corrupted by it, as witnessed in the case of the former hero Obsidian. The Darklands also influences several other realms, such as the Nightshade Dimension and Xarapion.
Among the ones who have been touched by the land's Darkness are: Ian Karkull (who resided there for decades), the Shade, Culp, Obsidian, Umbra, the Shadow-Thief, and Nightshade. Others, such as Nightfall, Nox, Darklight I, and Shadowstryke, can also be suspected to access the Darklands in some way.
