HISTORY

One of the forebearers of the Apocalypse, the personification of knowledge (as in sin) and allegedly an incarnation of the Devil. He was last seen on Earth wreaking sexual havoc in the town of Happy Harbor, and fought both the Doom Patrol and the Sex Men before being banished to his own dimension. Shadowy Mister Evans can be summoned by the words "kneecap, singlehanded, sheetmusic, lottery". He can be driven back to his realm if he is manipulated to say these words in reverse order. He has a crippled boy servant named Clanky, a periscope on his head, and a fetus singing in German attached to his navel.
