HISTORY

Seven people, all born on the seventh day of the seventh month, had never been unlucky in their entire lives until they were transformed into the villainous Luck League by Amos Fortune's Wheel of Fortune. They all gained the ability to drain power from various Justice Leaguers, and could only be defeated after the Wheel had started spinning backwards, which gave them super-bad luck. The Shrinking Man had all the powers of the Atom (II), with the difference that he couldn't use them himself but had to give them to other people that he then controlled mentally.
