HISTORY
Signal Ray was a young hero from Bosnia and a member of the demon-hunting HellEnders. He and his teammates Pellmell and Snow Owl were killed on a mission to New Orleans. Their skulls were sent in a bag back to the HellEnders home base.
POWERS AND WEAPONS
Signal Ray was a telepath, capable of directing telekinetic bursts at a target. The full range of his powers has not been documented. It is unknown if his helmet augmented any of his powers.
