Simon Stagg is the unscrupulous owner and CEO of Stagg Enterprises and the father of Sapphire Stagg Mason. He had a long time enemyship with Sapphire's husband Rex Mason a.k.a. Metamorpho, but made some kind of amends before the (temporary) death of his son-in-law.
