HISTORY
Super-powered Chinese agents who duplicated the powers and abilities of American super-heroes, with the difference that they would explode within seconds after using their powers. That was not a problem for the agents, since they were fanatically devoted to their duty. They encountered Batgirl when she was in China searching for her lost brother.
