OVERVIEW

A floating ancient Atlantean city in the other-dimensional world of Skartaris, Skyra was one of four of five similar floating cities built by the Atlanteans before the Great War as a defense station. A cyborg, Tragg, was created to run the city.

Both this city of Skyra and Skyra III were destroyed by the Warlord, who sent the formerly floating cities crashing to the ground.
