HISTORY

Slurran was the homeworld of the Slurran Empire, a hostile expansionist government. In the late 20th Century, the Slurrans sent a atmospheric probe to Earth in preparation for an invasion. Superman was able to trick the probe with a mutagenic gas. Seeing the affects of "Earth's" atmosphere on their test samples, the Sluurans decided the Earth would be too dangerous to invade and therefore set their sights elsewhere. They have not been heard of since.
