Synopsis:

The Spectre goes up against the Hayoth as his mission brings him to judge Kemal Saad. Meanwhile the Phantom Stranger gathers Doctor Fate and Etrigan the Demon to challenge the Spectre's ominous judgment against mankind. But even these mystical adepts may not survive the spirit's wrath.
