This issue is divided into three chapters, all of which consists of two parts: A present day story and a flashback to events of Times Past. The first flashback features Brian Savage, the Scalphunter, and takes place in 1891. The second flashback takes place during the 1960's and features Starman I and Black Canary I. And the third flashback takes place the day before the events of Starman Vol. 2 #0.
