HISTORY
As Starman, Ted Knight used two observatories as bases, one outside town, and one on the border of Opal City. The latter was destroyed by the Mist (II). Recently, it was re-built into a Starman Museum by the city, honoring Ted and all other heroes that bore the name of Starman. It is surrounded by the public Theodore Knight Memorial Park.
