Alan Strange is the first mentioned descendent of Adam Strange. Another descendent, Adam Strange of the 22nd Century debuted in Mystery in Space Vol. 1 #94 (September 1964). As the Space Museum stories occur between the 22nd and late 25th Centuries, the DCU Guide will tentatively list Alan Strange (and his unseen brother) as the later meber(s0 of the Strane family.
