HISTORY

Stratos had the ability to manipulate wind, and worked with Bazooka Joan to stop Firestorm on behalf of the Breathtaker and his Assassination Bureau, against the recommendations of Incognito. Their failure resulted in Breathtaker dispatching Mindboggler against Firestorm to fulfill his commission from the 2000 Committee.
