HISTORY

Justin Quinn is an operative of the Network, and takes on different personas according to their differing operations. The Suicide King is the only costumed persona he has ever assumed, used in Gotham City in order to gain the trust of the Rossetti mob. He earned the enmity of the Huntress, and was badly injured in his last confrontation with her.
