I don't see why we can't include the Evanier/Spiegle series in the Janos chronology. Nothing in there strictly contradicts later books (tho Chuck is shown as a Texan) and it occurs before the three issue mini.

Sure, we can do that. I know too little about Blackhawk's older history to tell. But I was under the impression that the Silver Age version had a Blackhawk who was very different (American Bart Hawk, silly superhero costumes etc.).
