HISTORY
Little is known of the self-appointed "Guardian of the Time-Stream" named Tempus. In his only documented appearance, he attempted to block two of the Flashes (Barry Allen and Jay Garrick) from travelling the time-stream in order to protect them from being "lost forever." When they were able to defeat Tempus, he let them pass, claiming they had won the right to travel the time-stream. Tempus has not been seen since.
POWERS AND WEAPONS
Tempus was able to shift himself along the time-stream. The effect, as witnessed by the Flashes, was similar to teleportation.
