HISTORY

Also known as "The Lord of a Billion Faces", the Third of the Fallen was the shapechanging "brother" of the First of the Fallen and the killer of John Constantine's friend Seth. The First briefly formed a second Triumvirate of Hell with his two 'brothers', the Second and the Third, but after he learned that they were not of his kind (i.e. of the Fallen), he slew them, transforming them into a two-headed knife.
