OVERVIEW

An enigmatic time-manipulating and almost omnipotent villain who resides at the End of Time. The Time Trapper seemingly has a special interest in the Legion of Super-Heroes of the 31st century.

[The Pre-Zero Hour Time Trapper was identical with Rokk Krin, a.k.a. Cosmic Boy. Although that is no longer the case (and never was), the current Time Trapper "remembers" this incarnation of himself.]
