HISTORY

A relatively young, and generally cheerful, detective in the Major Crimes Unit of the Gotham City Police Department, where he is partnered with Dagmar Procjnow. Tommy, who thinks of himself as a bit of a ladies man, has a gambling addiction, and thinks nothing of losing thousands of dollars in a poker game.
