HISTORY
Bannermain Chemical Co. was a chemical factory in New York in the 1930s. In 1939, the meek and timid Rex Tyler - nicknamed "Tick-Tock" for his extreme punctuality - was employed as a chemist. It was at Bannermain that Tyler eventually developed the Miraclo Pill, which would transform him into the heroic Hourman (I) on a number of occasions. Through the years, Bannermain expanded and Tyler advanced up the corporate ladder, eventually taking over the company and renaming it Tyler Chemicals. Following Rex Tyler's death in recent years, the company was renamed Tylerco. Among its employees is a Doctor Iker, former criminal and enemy of Hourman I. Until recently, Mister Terrific (II) worked with Tylerco.'s security.
In the 853d century, an upgraded version of TylerCo. will be known as Tyler Chemorobotics, creators of the android Hourman (III).
