NOTE

Invaders of Rann whose signature weapon, the "vacuumizer" could change its targets into a gaseous state. The Vantors claim to have long life-spans and would become bored with living in one type of civilization after a century or so. They would use their vacuumizers to steal other civilizations and restore the cities and then occupy the pre-made civilization.
